Terms and Conditions 

1 – Book the tour approximately 7 days before the date of tour

2 – To confirm the booking, it is mandatory to deposit 40% of the total amount of the tour package.
You are required to deposit 100% of the remaining amount of the tour package. at the time of check-in at the hotel.

If you do any additional activity apart from the tour package, then it will be your personal expense.

3 – In case of booking cancellation 5 days before the tour date, 100% booking advance amount will be refunded. And if the booking is cancelled with 5 days remaining before the tour date, the booking amount will not be refunded.

5 – Insurance condition, during the tour, the tourist should insure himself in case of any natural disaster, man-made disaster, accident, or untoward incident. The tour company will not be responsible for any type of insurance.

6 – If the tourist faces any kind of health problem during the tour, the tourist will bear the hospital expenses himself.

7 – If the tourist faces any natural disaster, man-made disaster, health related problem, then in this situation the tour package amount will not be refunded.

8 – During the tour, if the tourist does not follow the times table of the tour itinerary, and the tour is not completed according to the time table given in the itinerary due to negligence, then the tourist himself will be responsible for this negligence.

9 – If the tourist does some other activity apart from the tour itinerary, or visits a different place, then this will be the tourist’s own expense.
