Note: To book a tour package a deposit of 30% of the booking amount is required.

Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar + Local Sightseeing

Welcome to the breathtaking landscapes of Kashmir, fondly known as “Heaven on Earth”! Upon arrival in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, we’ll assist you with your luggage and proceed to check into our hotel. Srinagar, nestled in the Kashmir Valley along the Jhelum River, is renowned for its beautiful lakes, gardens, waterfronts, and iconic houseboats. Get ready to immerse yourself in the city’s serene and scenic ambiance.

Day 02: Day Trip to Gulmarg

After breakfast, we set off for a day excursion to Gulmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Flowers,” located 2,730 meters above sea level. This picturesque spot boasts lush green meadows, snow-capped peaks, and the world’s highest 18-hole golf course. The day is yours to explore independently—you might want to enjoy an optional sledge ride up the snow-covered slopes to Apharwat Peak, visit Alpathar Lake, or take a thrilling Gondola ride from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg (available on a direct payment basis). In the evening, we’ll return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Sonmarg Excursion

After breakfast, set out on a full-day trip to Sonmarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold,” located 84 km from Srinagar at an altitude of 9,000 ft. Nestled in the Sindh Valley, Sonmarg is surrounded by flowers and majestic mountains and serves as a starting point for several scenic treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes. During summer, a popular activity is a pony ride up to the Thajiwas Glacier. Later, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Journey to Pahalgam (Overnight Stay in Pahalgam)

After breakfast, head to Pahalgam, situated at the confluence of streams from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River. This picturesque destination, once a quaint shepherd’s village, sits at an elevation of 2,130 meters. On the way, visit saffron fields, the historic Awantipur ruins (a 1,100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu built by King Awantivarman), and admire the lush countryside with rice fields and pine forests. Now a popular summer resort in Kashmir, Pahalgam remains cool, with temperatures rarely exceeding 25°C. After lunch, enjoy a peaceful walk and capture the magnificent mountain scenery. Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar (Overnight Stay in Houseboat)

After breakfast, return to Srinagar and spend the day exploring the renowned Mughal Gardens, including Cheshma Shahi (“Royal Spring”), Shalimar (“Garden of Love”), and Nishat Garden (“Garden of Pleasure”), as well as the Shankaracharya Temple. If in season, enjoy the colorful tulip festival. Later, visit a local handicrafts showroom for exquisite hand-knotted silk carpets, shawls, and jewelry. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Jammu or Srinagar Airport for your onward flight to your next destination.
